Terms & Conditions

By booking a lesson with one of Autumn’s instructors the pupil has agreed to the terms and conditions below.
  • Pupils must have a valid provisional licence before the driving lesson
  • Driving instructor will need 48 hours notice from the pupil to cancel or reschedule a lesson
  • Driving instructors are required to wait 15 minutes for a pupil on a pre booked lesson day, if they have not made any contact with the instructor, the pupil has forfeited the lesson
  • Block bought lessons must be paid in full before the first lesson
  • Once block lessons have been bought they are non- refundable
  • Blocked bought lessons need to be used within 3 months from date of purchase otherwise they are forfeited
  • Once a booking has been made prices will not change, however they can change once booking has been fulfilled
  • All lessons including block bookings and promotional offers are non- transferable
  • The driving instructor reserves the right to be 15 minutes early or late due to unforeseen circumstances but the pupil will still receive the full lesson time
  • The driving instructor can refuse the use of their car for the practical test
  • Pupils have the responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical issues and if using any medication, pupils consult with a doctor before taking driving lessons
  • No drugs or alcohol is permitted in our driving lessons
  • Driving instructors are subject to availability
  • One lesson will last one hour
  • A trial lesson is a one time offer per pupil
  • Autumn driving school cannot be held liable for any money or time lost
